I offer support rooted in lived experience, holistic practices, and recovery-informed tools. While I bring deep understanding of addiction, trauma, and personal transformation, I am not a licensed therapist or medical provider.

Coaching is not a replacement for therapy or clinical care. If you are in need of medical or mental health treatment, I encourage you to seek support from a qualified professional.
