Women’s Recovery Meeting
You’re invited to join us for an evening of real connection, honest conversation, and shared healing.
This women’s recovery group is rooted in the understanding that all forms of addiction begin with trauma. Together, we’ll hold space for each other—not to fix or judge, but to listen, support, and connect. Whether you’re in recovery, just beginning your journey, or simply seeking a safe space to be seen and heard, you are welcome here.
Through open dialogue and shared experiences, we aim to build a community where healing happens one story at a time.
✨ Come as you are
✨ No pressure to share
✨ All experiences are valid
✨ You are not alone
Let’s heal in connection—not in isolation.
Construction Suicide Prevention Week
WHAT:
Every year in September, the world raises awareness about suicide prevention during National Suicide Prevention Month. Sept. 8-12 is Construction Suicide Prevention Week, and for the second annual time, the construction industry will come together in a powerful moment of remembrance to honor those we’ve lost and to re-commit to preventing further loss of life.
WHY:
The rate of death by suicide for construction workers is over 5 times the rate of all other construction fatalities on the jobsite. The rate of suicide in construction is more than 4 times higher than the general population. (Source: BLS) With more than 8 million (and rising) workers in the industry, it is critical that we place as much focus on mental health in our workforce as much as we do the physical.
ASK:
To show your commitment to getting every person home and back to the jobsite healthy every day, join Construction Suicide Prevention Week on Monday, Sept. 8 for one minute of silence during our nationwide stand-down to honor all lives lost to suicide.
2:50 p.m. Eastern
1:50 p.m. Central
12:50 p.m. Mountain
11:50 a.m. Pacific
10:50 a.m. Alaska
8:50 a.m. Hawaii
HOW TO ACT:
Register your company’s participation.
Inform jobsite supervisors and foreman about your company’s plan to participate.
Post notifications on the jobsite about the date and time of the stand down.
Promote your company’s participation on social media using our graphic templates.
Encourage participation on the jobsite by providing print outs for workers to honor those they’ve lost and a pledge banner to offer workers a way to take action.
Hold your moment of silence at the set time on Monday, Sept. 8. Customize this sample script for your organization, and encourage workers to take the 2025 CSPW Pledge.
Submit photos or videos from your stand-down.
Follow up with support resources for your workers.
